In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2023, Mozzone Building System has decided to implement the reporting channel required by law, using a dedicated platform. The portal allows the recipients, as identified by the decree, to submit written and verbal reports in compliance with the regulatory provisions. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the company provides full protection for the reporting party and their associates (as identified by the legislative decree) from any form of discriminatory or retaliatory action that may arise from the report, ensuring that all legal rights are respected.
